What file formats will I receive?
All products include high-resolution files in PNG (600 DPI), SVG (Canva compatible), and Adobe Illustrator (.AI) formats.

Can I request a sample file before I commit?
Yes I am happy to provide a sample file in the format/s of your choice if you are unsure of compatibility.

How do I download my files after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll be direct to a zip folder containing your files. Within the files you will find a backup PDF containing all files hosted securely via Google Drive.

I didn’t receive my download, what should I do?
If you haven’t received your download email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you’re still having trouble, or if you’d like to request additional file types, please email me at rachael@rouxsupply.co and I’ll be happy to assist.

What software do I need to use these files?
Files are compatible with a range of popular design programs, including Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Affinity Designer.

PNG files can also be used in tools like Photoshop, Procreate. SVG files are ideal for scalable editing, while .ai files are best suited for Adobe Illustrator.

Are the files editable?
Yes. SVG and AI files are fully editable. You can easily adjust colours, scale, and individual elements using programs like Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or Canva (SVG only).

PNG files are not editable, but can be used as-is in a wide range of applications.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds and exchanges are not offered once a purchase has been completed.

However, if there’s an issue with your order or something isn’t quite right, please get in touch. I do my best to ensure each product is accurately represented, and I’m always happy to work with you to resolve any concerns.

Choosing the right license depends on how you plan to use the designs:

• Personal License
  For personal projects, learning, and non-commercial use only.
  Not permitted for client work, business use, or resale.
• Commercial License
  Suitable for client work, paid projects, commercial branding and up to 5,000 physical or digital end products for sale.
• Extended Commercial License
  Includes all commercial uses, plus print-on-demand, and mass distribution (up to 250,000 physical or digital end products for sale) of end products.

If you’re unsure, the Commercial License is the most common choice for business use. Please note - original files may not be resold or shared.

How are your illustrations created?
Each illustration begins with hand sketching and is refined on my iPad before being vectorised for maximum versatility. I do not use AI in any part of my process, as I like to maintain a natural human characteristic throughout.
